At the end of this interview, if it is successful, you will receive an unconditional offer letter, confirming your acceptance without any outstanding requirements.

Step 3: Pay the tuition fees

At the time of enrollment, an initial payment corresponding to 30% of the total tuition fee is required to secure and confirm your place in the program. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than one month before the start of the academic year.

30% = 2,700€

70% = 6,300€

Payment facilities may be granted depending on your situation. We also offer various scholarships, awarded based on the candidate’s profile and academic background.

Step 4: Obtain your Visa

Once you have received your admission letter, our visa team will contact you to provide guidance and support. They will reach out as soon as the first two steps have been completed.

The purpose of the interview with the Campus France officer is to demonstrate your motivations and show that you have a clear and coherent study plan, so that they can ultimately give a favourable recommendation to the French Embassy for the issuance of your student visa.

5

Step 5: Complete the administration process for your enrolment

Once your visa has been approved, we will schedule an appointment for you to sign your enrolment documents.

You will also receive a list of documents to prepare for the administrative registration.

After completing these steps, you will officially become a student at EMA!

Applicants with disabilities

If you have a disability, the school's Disability Support Officer is available to assess your specific needs and put in place appropriate support measures to help ensure the smooth progress of your studies.
